Early Childhood
The early years of life are often filled with excitement and joy. As our young bright generation grow quickly, so does their demand for learning and support. Our team of trained clinicians are able to help you and your family with the challenges that may arise in this time. From time to time, we hear of difficulties in development of particular life skills occur leaving families with concern and uncertainty on how best to support their children.
At Advance therapy our team of dedicated paediatric speciality clinicians are here to support the common, key areas of a young child’s development including self-care skills like feeding, toileting and dressing, key communication milestones like combining words or joining into conversation. Our early intervention therapy is designed to work closely with you and your family to support your child in achieving their developmental milestones. We are here to help guide you through the pathway to receive the best care a parent could ask for their child.
We work with doctors, specialists, paediatricians and other various allied health providers to ensure we work collaboratively in achieving the best results. We support children 5 years and younger.
Children
As children develop and begin to flourish, they begin their journey of being a part of their environment and local community. The transition through early education can be difficult and pose difficult and intimidating challenges for you and your family. At Advance Therapy we prioritise our care to you and your family through this difficult time.
From school readiness programs, to social skills, our trained and qualified team of therapists are here to assist you and your child through these stages, with adjustments in therapy needs provided as your child grows and develops. We support children between 5-12 years of age.
Teenagers
As young adults develop, their needs and goals require adjustment and refocusing back to the preliminary building block for their upcoming adult lives. We support young adults develop the key milestones that allows them to successfully transition into adulthood.
Supports from physical strengthening to social communication, learning the core building blocks required to transition into upper education and preparation for day programs, work force readiness or into their career, our therapists are here to support you and your child’s needs. We support teenagers from 13-18 years old.
Adults
At Advance Therapy we support adults of all ages to provide the therapy needs they require to maintain and improve their quality of life. From housing services to neurological rehabilitation, Advance therapy provides allied health supports including Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Physiotherapy.
